What is the date, time, and venue of the event?
The Junior Circuit will be held on 29th March at the announced venue in Guwahati. Reporting time and wave details will be shared after registration.
What age groups can participate?
Children aged 3 to 15 years can participate and will be grouped by age category.
How are children grouped during the race?
Children are grouped by age and ability and will run in separate waves.
How long does each race take?
Each race takes approximately 15–25 minutes depending on the age group.
Can siblings run together?
Children are grouped by age for safety reasons, so siblings may be placed in different waves.
Can slots be changed between age groups?
Slots are assigned based on the child’s age at the time of booking and cannot be changed to a different age group.
Can timing be changed after booking?
Wave timings are allocated automatically and cannot be changed once booking is confirmed.
Is this event safe for young children?
Yes. All obstacles are designed specifically for children with low height, soft surfaces, and age-appropriate difficulty.
Is it supervised?
Yes. Trained supervisors will be present throughout the course to guide and monitor children during the race.
Can Parents/Spectators watch the race?
Yes. Parents and family members are welcome to watch from the designated spectator area. Outside spectators are strictly not allowed.
Are shower facilities available?
No. Shower facilities will not be available. Washrooms will be provided for basic cleanup. Please bring a change of clothes for your child.
Is there a place to keep bags and belongings?
No bag storage facility will be provided. Parents are requested to keep all belongings with them and avoid bringing valuables to the venue.
What safety measures are in place?
Professional staff and first-aid support will be available on-site to handle any minor injuries or emergencies.
Can a differently-abled child participate?
Please contact the event team before booking so we can assess whether suitable accommodations can be made.
Is parking available?
Parking facilities will be available at or near the venue. Detailed directions will be shared before the event.
What should my child wear?
Children should wear comfortable sports clothing and running shoes. Avoid loose clothing and accessories.
Will my kid get muddy/ruin their clothes?
High chances of dirty clothes. Wear old sneakers and bring a change of clothes.
What should we bring?
Please bring a water bottle, a change of clothes, and your booking confirmation.
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration includes race entry, supervision, finisher medal, and access to event photos.
How will I receive confirmation after booking?
You will receive a confirmation message and email after successful payment.
Is a waiver mandatory?
Yes. A parental consent and liability waiver must be accepted before participation.
Will photos or videos be used for marketing?
Yes. Event photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
Do parents need to opt out?
If you do not wish your child’s images to be used, you can inform the event team in advance.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Refunds are available up to a defined cutoff date. No refunds will be issued close to the event date.
What happens if it rains or the event is postponed?
